    摘要:

    张罗涛为提高电液比例阀控制技术的应用范围,提出一种新型结构的电液比例阀,其驱动部分采用动圈式电机械转换器。阐述了动圈式电机械转换器驱动的电液比例阀的工作机制,对其静态特性进行了分析研究,并通过试验进行了静态特性测试。结果表明:动圈式电机械转换器驱动的电液比例阀结构合理,其静态特性指标基本满意,对进一步研究动圈式电机械转换器驱动的电液比例阀有参考价值,对研究新型电液比例阀有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the electro-hydraulic proportional valve control application scope, a new structure of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is proposed, its driving part adopted moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer. The working mechanism of the moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer driven electro-hydraulic proportional valve was described, the static characteristics were studied and analyzed, and tests of the static characteristics were conducted through experiments. The results show that the new structure of electro-hydraulic proportional valve is reasonable. Its static characteristic index is basically satisfied, for the further study of the moving-coil electro-mechanical transformer driven electro-hydraulic proportional valve with a reference value, and for the study of new electro-hydraulic proportional valve with a positive meaning.
