In plane grinding, grinding disc wear on the surface of the workpiece quality also has a great influence, and the wear mechanism of grinding disc has been always the focus of the discussion at home and abroad. Grinding technique of abrasive material is adopted. A method of multi-parameter plane grinding was put forward, and the analysis and simulation of the abrasion trajectory analysis of the grinding disc were presented. The results show that the surface grinding method can overcome the relative defects of the traditional planetary grinding method, and reduce the track repetition rate, and also obtain a more uniform grinding relative speed.
