    摘要:

    为了实现快递行业商品的文明装卸,安全搬运,减轻工人的劳动强度等目的,采用了一种集机械臂、真空吸盘、滑台相结合的方法,设计出了一种智能助力小车,该智能助力小车在装卸货物时部分采用了机械臂和真空吸盘结合的手段,既减少了工人的劳动量,又保证了物品的完好无损。通过滑台可增加机械臂的可操作范围。同时,整台小车采用智能遥控,大大减少了人力资源,实现操作的智能化,工作的轻松化。该智能助力小车自动化程度高,制造成本低,在快递等行业有较好市场前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the loading and unloading of express industry commodity civilization, handling safety, to reduce the labor intensity of workers, using a set of mechanical arm, vacuum suction and slider combination, an intelligent power assisted car is designed. In the loading and unloading, the method was partially combined with the mechanical arm and the vacuum chuck, not only to reduce the amount of labor, but also to ensure the goods intact. Through the slide, the manipulator operating range could be increased. At the same time, the whole car by intelligent remote control, the human resources were greatly reduced to realize the intelligent operation with lightness. The equipment automation degree is high, the production cost is low, and the express industry has a good market prospect.
