    摘要:

    以VM-32SA加工中心四轴机床的NC程序的要求为研究对象,重点阐述了对MasterCAM91自带后处理文件进行修改、优化的关键技术,制定出符合VM-32SA机床需求的后置处理文件。以搓接鼓实际加工过程为例,检验后置出来NC程序的正确性。实践结果表明:加工过程没有出现报警,而且加工的零件能满足规定的精度要求,从而验证四轴后置文件的正确性,对其他控制系统机床的后置修改有一定的参考作用。

    Abstract:

    The NC program of the four axis VM-32SA machining center was required as the research object. The key technologies of the MasterCAM9.1 post processing file modification and optimization were described to make a post-processing file that met the requirements of the VM-32SA machine tool. A case study of the actual machining process of a rub drum was made, to check out the correctness of the NC program. The practice results show that no alarm is appeared in the process,and the processed part meets the accuracy requirements. So the correctness of the four axis post processing file is verified.It has certain reference function for the post processing file modification of other different control system of the machine tool.
