    摘要:

    设计开发了一台微型智能自动识别循迹搬运车,能实现自动循迹、自动抓取和自动搬运,并能按照搬运对象的颜色进行分类存放。系统由机械部分和控制部分组成。机械部分由卷吸装置、储运装置、行走装置及底盘等组成。控制部分硬件由单片机、循迹传感器、颜色传感器和红外光电传感器等组成,软件通过Arduino单片机进行统一控制,其包括循迹模块、自动抓取模块、颜色识别模块和分类存放模块等。通过自行设计的场地和目标小球进行了实验,实验结果证明该单片机配合相应的软硬件系统,可实现对物体的自动循迹、储运和分类存放。

    Abstract:

    An intelligent automatic tracking Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV) is designed, which could track and grab automatically, and classify and store commodities according to the color of the products. The system was included of the mechanical parts and control system.The mechanics was consisted of entrainment device, handling, device driving gear and chassis, and so on.Arduino microcontroller (MCU), tracking sensor, color sensor and infrared photoelectric sensor were constituted of the hardware control system. Meanwhile the software system was included of the modules of the tracing module, grabbing module, color identification module and classifying module, which was controlled in unity by the Arduino MCU. On the specific ground of individual design and target small ball, the experimental results prove that the AGV can achieve the functions of tracking, carrying, classifying and storing commodities automatically by the MCU cooperated with corresponding hardware and software systems.
