    摘要:

    利用气压输送原理结合外加磁场辅助作用,设计了用于微细磨料水射流抛光加工用的供料装置,以实现微细磁性磨料供给的稳定性和可控性。磁场辅助微细磨料水射流脉冲式供料装置主要由料仓、气源、调压阀、截止阀、脉冲发射器、电磁控制器、供气管和供料管组成。其中该装置的调压阀与气源连接,控制输送气体的工作压力,工作气体通过管道由下而上进入料仓,将磨料在料仓内呈雾状并通过料仓出口流出,经由管路,流动到节流阀,通过脉冲发射装置控制节流阀动作频率和开合度,以便控制管道内的磨料流量,实现间歇性供料。输送的磨料受到喷嘴附近的磁场作用,磨料的速度和运动方向进一步调整至最佳,从而提高射流与磨料的混合质量。

    Abstract:

    The pulsed feeding device of the magnetic field assisted micro abrasive water jet is designed by help of combining pneumatic conveying method and assisted external magnetic field, with an aim to realize the stability and controllability for the micro abrasive water jet polishing. The feeding device was mainly consisted of stock bin, air source, pressure regulators, stop valves, transmitters, electromagnetic controller, gas feed pipe and material feed pipe, and etc.. The pressure regulating valve was connected with the gas supply device to regulate the gas pressure. The working gas was flowed from the bottom up into the hopper inside the stock bin through the pipeline, the abrasive inside the stock bin was changed to the mist, the fluidity of the abrasive was improved, and then it was flowed out of stock bin via line. When it flowed through the throttle, the quantity of the abrasive was controlled with transmitters by the pulse operation frequency and the opening degree of the throttle, and then the intermittent abrasive feeding method was achieved. When the abrasive flow flowed into the nozzle, the speed and movement direction of the abrasive are further adjusted by the effect of magnetic fields near the nozzle, and the speed and direction optimization of micro abrasive is achieved, thus the mixed quality of the abrasive water jet is improved.
