    摘要:

    针对传统的电梯厅门平面度检测方法耗时费力、精度低等问题,研制一套电梯厅门非接触平面度自动化检测装置。重点介绍平面度检测系统整体方案、机械结构及测控系统。测控系统基于工控机和美国NI公司LabVIEW软件平台进行开发。通过激光追踪仪对平面度检测装置的整体检测精度进行了检验,达到了设计精度要求。该装置具有操作简便、检测时间短、检测精度高、检测人员劳动强度低等特点。目前该电梯厅门平面度检测装置已在企业成功应用,且运行状况良好。

    Abstract:

    According to traditional flatness detection for elevator landing door was time consuming, low precision and so on, an automatic noncontact detection device for elevator landing door was put forward. The whole scheme design, the structural design and control system about this flatness non-contact detection device were illustrated.The measurement and control system was developed based on industrial computer and LabVIEW.The flatness detection device was verified by laser tracker,meeting the requirements of design accuracy.This device is easy to operate, effectively shortens the measurement time, raises the detection accuracy, reduces people’s labor intensity. Now this flatness non-contact detection device for elevator landing door has been successfully applied stably and reliably.
