Special equipment was used to test the pressurecurve of hydraulic motor, it was detected the air hole was generated while motor was stopped at a high speed, that was the cause of motor damaged. Such failures could be prevented effectively through optimizing the principle of the hydraulic cooling system and using back pressure valve with lower opening pressure and other measures.
