    摘要:

    针对某型飞机燃油系统在地面模拟试验时出现的油箱超压故障,分析了地面模拟试验的油箱增压原理,从台架系统、试验燃油系统两方面提出了改进措施,设置了相应的排故试验,逐步定位了故障原因。试验结果表明:台架系统、燃油系统管路设计不合理是造成油箱超压故障的原因。试验燃油系统的改进措施用于指导真实飞机的燃油系统改进设计,为飞机飞行安全提供了保障。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at fuel-tank overpressure fault occurred in a certain aircraft fuel system ground simulation test,by researching the fuel-tank pressurized principle, the improvement measures in both test-bed system and tested fuel-system were offered, and relevant verifying tests were set up. The verifying test result proves that the unreasonable pipeline designs of the test-bed system and the tested fuel-system were the reasons of the fuel-tank overpressure fault. The improvement measures in tested fuel-system were used in real aircraft fuel system design, which provided guarantee for flight safety
