双节流阀组合调速回路负载特性分析及实验研究

    摘要:

    为解决传统的节流阀式节流调速回路的负载特性不足的问题,探索双节流阀组合调速模式,设计了双节流阀组合调速模块,对不同的双节流阀组合负载特性进行了理论计算,优化了调速回路的负载特性;同时,搭建了双节流阀组合实验平台,测试基于不同负载的两个节流阀节流面积任意组合时的油缸速度,利用MATLAB对实验数据进行分析,得到双节流阀组合的负载特性曲线,验证了双节流阀组合实验负载特性与理论分析相符。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the insufficient load characteristics of the traditional throttle valve throttle speed control loop, the dual speed control valve combination speed mode was explored, and the double throttle combination speed regulating module was designed. Furthermore, the load characteristics of different double throttle valves were calculated theoretically, and the load characteristics of the speed loop were optimized. At the same time, a doublethrottle combination experiment platform was built to test the cylinder speed of any combination of two throttlethrottle areas based on different load, and MATLAB was used to analyze the experimental data, thereby the load characteristic curves of the double throttle valve combination were obtained. It is verified that the experimental load characteristics of the double throttle valve combination are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
