      针对混凝土温度-应力试验机的执行系统响应速度过慢、加载滞后时间过大的问题,利用ANSYS对试验机主机的关键部件进行有限元分析,分析其强度与刚度要求,结果表明试验机的变形恢复机构与传动主轴的质量有较大的盈余。为了提高试验机执行系统系统响应的快速性,减小加载滞后时间,分别对试验机变形恢复机构进行了轻量化设计、对传动主轴进行了多目标结构优化设计。对比优化前后,优化后试验机执行系统响应的快速性得到了明显提升,从而提高了试验机测量结果的准确性,改善了试验机的工作性能。
英文摘要:
      For the issues that the response speed of concrete temperature-stress testing machine is too slow and the retardation time is too long,ANSYS was used to analyze the strength and rigidity requirements of the testing machine.The results show the qualities of the machine deformation recovery mechanism and drive shaft are too large.In order to improve the response speed of testing system and reduce the retardation time,the structure optimization design for the testing machine deformation recovery mechanism and transmission spindle was carried out.The results show that the optimization to the testing machine can improve the response speed of the system,improving the accuracy of the measurement results and the performance of the test machine.
