    摘要:

    锥阀型溢流阀“阀芯—弹簧”结构的低阻尼特性使得其系统动态特性较差,不易稳定。为了降低锥阀型溢流阀振动,提出一种阀芯前端带旁路阻尼的新型锥阀型溢流阀结构,建立其数学模型,利用Simulink仿真分析新型阻尼结构锥阀型溢流阀关键参数对锥阀型溢流阀振动特性的影响。结果表明:流量、阻尼孔径、锥角以及锥阀孔径等参数均对锥阀型溢流阀的振动特性存在一定程度的影响,且某些参数如工况流量过小会引起锥阀型溢流阀高频振动。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic poppet valve’s “Spool-Spring” structure has low damping characteristics and that makes the dynamic characteristics of the system poor.To reduce vibration,a new type of poppet valve with bypass damper in front of spool was proposed and its mathematical model was established.The influences of the new structure parameters on the vibration characteristics of the poppet valve were analyzed based on Simulink.The results show that parameters such as flow,damping aperture,cone angle and poppet valve aperture have a certain influence on the vibration of poppet valve and some parameters can cause high frequency vibration when they are too small,for example,flow.
