    摘要:

    为了观测煤样在不同的应力、温度、渗透压的作用下,煤体的变形破坏特征及其内部孔隙结构的实时变化,研制一种能和工业CT实验台配套使用的多功能加载系统。该系统能够模拟深部地层中的高温高压环境,可以实现对轴压、围压、渗透压和温度的实时监测及控制。采用模糊PID控制策略对加载力系统进行控制,仿真和系统的单轴加载试验表明:该控制策略较传统控制策略在稳定性及控制精度方面有一定提高。此外,该多功能加载系统还可以在三轴加载的同时完成对试样的CT扫描和渗透率测量,具有系统整体刚度好、受载均匀、控制稳定等特点。利用研制的系统初步完成了煤样蠕变、单轴压缩、单轴加压,加卸围压等实验,得到了试样在一系列加载试验中的应力应变曲线及同步CT图像,验证了该系统的有效性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    In order to observe and measure the deformation and damage characteristics and the real-time change of pore structure of coal sample under different stress,temperature and the effect of osmotic pressure condition,a multifunctional loading system which could work with industrial CT test bench was developed.The system could simulate the environment of high temperature and high pressure in deep formation,and realize real-time data monitoring and control of axial compression,pressure,osmotic pressure and temperature.The loading system was controlled by the fuzzy PID controller.The simulation and experimental tests show the high resolution and stability in controller.The multifunctional loading system was pseudo triaxial loading with the CT scans and permeability measurement of sample at the same time.Through the experiments of the system,a series of stress strain curve and CT images of raw coal under different loading were gotten and the experiment results verified the validity and reliability of the multifunctional loading system.
