质心模拟装置加载力的信号采集与数据处理

    摘要:

    质心模拟装置加载力速率变化快、精度要求高。基于LabVIEW为质心模拟装置的加载力进行信号采集与数据处理。利用数字量采集卡NI PCI6232和模拟量采集卡NI PCI6518实现对开关量和模拟量的信号采集,通过DAQmx base模块实现软硬件的通信,并运用LabVIEW报表生成模块为质心模拟装置设计了自动报表生成功能,记录质心模拟装置设定力值、加载力变化速率、加载力变化范围、运行时间、运行日期和测试员等稳态量,以及系统油压、横向位移、加载力移动速度、加载力值等实时采集的动态量。系统运行结果证明:信号采集与数据处理功能运行稳定、可靠。

    Abstract:

    The loading force for center of mass simulated device have the quality of change fast,and high precision requirements.Signal acquisition and data processing were realized based on LabVIEW for the load force of the center of mass simulated device.In order to record the static variables,such as:set force value,rate of change for loading force,loading force variation range,operation time and data,testers and dynamic variables,such as:system oil pressure,lateral displacement,loading force moving speed,the value of loading force,both switch and analog signal were acquisited by digital data acquisition card NI PCI-6232 and analog acquisition card NI PCI-6518,saftware and hardware could communicate each other based on DAQmx base module.What was more,the function of automatic report generation was designed by using LabVIEW.It is proved that the function of signal acquisition and data processing is stable and reliable.
