Abstract:Gantry crane is the erection of the box girder production, special largescale construction equipment required in the construction of high-speed rail. Because of its own weight and huge load, walking support system of gantry crane adaptation and attenuation performance of road surface roughness directly determines the walking stability and safety. In different road conditions, through the dynamic simulation and optimization design of the connected hydro pneumatic suspension system, the optimal selection scheme of a new type of car suspension system was gotten. It can effectively shorten the development cycle of the supporting system of walking beam hoister, reduced the development cost, explore a new way to improve the quality of product design and manufacturing.
