    摘要:

    控压钻进是实现井底压力快速地稳定在安全钻井液密度窗口内的重要钻井工艺技术,自动节流管汇是实施该技术的关键。综合考虑控压钻井工艺要求和海上钻井平台面积有限的局限性,设计一种具有层式空间结构的撬装自动节流管汇,并配套设计液压控制系统。该自动节流管汇是一套集压力、流量、温度等参数采集和井口回压控制于一体的自动化系统,具有节流控压、压力补偿、放喷、流量和压力监测等功能,而且优化了阀件布置,大大降低了整套设备的占地面积,提高了设备通用性,为海上控压钻井技术的应用和设备配套提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Managed pressure drilling is an important technology to realize bottom hole pressure in a safe drilling fluid density window,and automatic choke manifold is the key to implement this technology.Comprehensive consideration of the technology requirements of managed pressure drilling and the limited area of offshore drilling platform,a skid mounted automatic choke manifold with three layer space structure was designed in this paper,meanwhile,the auxiliary hydraulic control system was also designed.The automatic choke manifold is a integrated set of automatic system,which includes some parameters monitors for pressure,flow rate,temperature,and could apply a certain pressure at the wellhead.The automatic choke manifold has the function of choke effect,pressure compensation,discharge,flow and pressure monitoring,etc,meanwhile,the space structure has been greatly optimized,which greatly reduces the equipment’s floor area,and improves its versatility.This provides some references for the application of offshore managed pressure drilling technology and the development of automatic choke system.
