Abstract:According to the vibration isolation problem of eccentric press,the combining methods of theoretical derivation,simulation analysis and experimental verification were adopted to study the dynamic load which was produced in the working process of eccentric press.Combined with the mechanical properties test of rubber material,the simulation model of rubber vibration isolation was built,the deformation and stress distribution of the rubber spring under the dynamic load of eccentric press were analyzed.The dynamic response of rubber isolator under sine excitation was studied.The dynamic rigidity changing rule of rubber spring was discussed.The incentive impacts to ground base before and after installation of rubber isolator in the working process of eccentric press were analyzed,and the vibration isolation effect of rubber isolator was drawn.As a result,the research result provides theoretical guidance and technical support for eccentric press vibration isolation technology and rubber vibration isolation design.
