    摘要:

    以某型汽油发动机缸体、缸盖为例,应用Handyscan 3D激光扫描仪进行点云数据的获取,并结合逆向工程相关的处理软件详细研究了点云数据预处理、模型重构、误差检测以及模型优化的关键步骤和注意事项,最终实现对本典型结构产品的精准建模。研究结果对其他种类产品的逆向研究具有参考价值,将先进的设计经验同自身现有的设计体系相结合,有利于快速发展核心技术。

    Abstract:

    Based on gasoline engine of the cylinder block and cylinder head as an example, the application of Handyscan Three Dimensional (3D) laser scanner to get point cloud data, and combining with the relevant processing software of reverse engineering detailed research of point cloud data pretreatment, model reconstruction, error detection, and optimization of the key steps and matters needing attention is carried out. Finally the accurate modeling of this typical structure product was realized. Research result can provide technical support for other types of similar products in reverse research, make foreign advanced design experience combined with our existing design system, and is beneficial to accelerate the development of core technology.
