Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the alignment error too lager in hole machining for SQX-1 sidewall corer flange,the causes were analyzed and the new processing technology was put forward.In this process,the laying-out error and line correction error were avoided,the clamping position rotation angle control and parts center coordinates correction were implemented,to further ensure the alignment requirements,to shorten the time of parts turnover period and programming and to significantly improve the machining precision and machining efficiency.
