The fault phenomena in the debugging process of FANUC 0I MF system,including the stop signal could not be found,ladder diagram and I/O module could not be edited,FSSB could not be set automatically,abnormalities of the spindle and servo charging voltage,were analyzed and the solutions were expounded.The debugging process of the NC system was summarized.
