    摘要:

    为了解决目前天然橡胶干燥生产线胶车卸胶工序完全依靠人工操作,人力成本高、工作效率低的问题。根据干燥过后胶车到达卸胶工位的实际情况,设计了一套天然橡胶干燥生产线的全自动化卸胶装置——卸胶机械手,卸胶机械手主要包括托胶装置、抓胶装置和运胶装置三大部分,卸胶机械手的托胶装置、抓胶装置、运胶装置,按照卸胶机械手实现卸胶任务的过程分别完成托胶、抓胶(卸胶)、运胶(调位)等工序,通过液压和电机驱动卸胶抓胶装置的各部分运动达到卸胶的目的,并设计了装置的自动控制系统。

    Abstract:

    At present,in order to solve the problem of the unloading process on natural rubber drying production line, such as absolutely relying on manual operation, high cost and low working efficiency, according to the actual situation which the car arrived at the working position after drying, a set of automatic unloading device on the production line of natural rubber drying-unloading manipulator is designed. Glue unloading manipulator was mainly comprised of a supporting device, grasping device and glue rubber block transport device of three parts. Rubber unloading manipulator of supporting device, grasping the glue device, rubber transportation device, in accordance with the implementation process of unloading manipulator of unloading glue tasks were completed, as grasping the rubber, supporting rubber (discharging glue), and glue (adjustment) process to release the glue on purpose through the hydraulic motor drive and unloading device parts of glue catching movement. Automatic control system of the device is designed.
