In the design process of three-position four-way directional valve,long design cycle and high cost of processing have a significant fluence.To solve these problems,a test platform based on SimulationX and Simulink software was proposed.The hydraulic system model of the valve was established by using SimulationX and it was imported into Simulink.Then the characteristics of this valve was discussed respectively in time domain and frequency domain.Finally,the simulated feature curves were compared with the experimental curves.The research shows that:the platform can be used to simulate the real valve operating characteristics and has a good guidance to design and production.
