    摘要:

    打印头作为3D打印机的核心部件,温度场分布对其机械性能和成型精度影响较大。针对打印头的温度场分布,采用ANSYS Workbench对其进行温度场的数值模拟,发现圆柱形加热棒对PLA(Polylactic Acid)加热不均匀。因此,设计出环形加热棒的打印头,并对其进行温度场分析,得到加热棒所需温度降低50 ℃,喷嘴口的PLA的温度提高了50 ℃。建立了基于热敏电阻传感器温度测试平台,实验结果表明:仿真与实验的相对误差在20%以下,与仿真结果相差不大,表明新型打印头设计合理,具有一定的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    As the core component of the Three Dimensional (3D) printer, the distribution of temperature field has a great influence on the mechanical properties and the forming precision. According to the temperature field distribution of the printing head, Workbench ANSYS is used to simulate the temperature field. Results were shown the cylinder heating rod cannot heat the printing material PLA(Polylactic Acid) uniformly. Therefore, the annular heating rod of the print head was designed, and the temperature field analysis of the print head was done, and the temperature of the heating rod was reduced the temperature of 50 ℃, the PLA of nozzle mouth temperature was increased by 50 ℃. A temperature measurement platform based on thermistor sensor was built. The results between simulation and experiment has the relative error below 20%, and shows that little difference from the simulation results, the designed print head is reasonable, which shows certain application value.
