The quality of continuous casting machine has a close relationship with the working performance of the mould vibration system. ADAMS is used to establish the mould vibration mechanical model of rigid-flexible coupling system. The control block diagram was set up according to the mechanical and electrical hydraulic relations in MATLAB. The co-simulation model of mould vibration system was established by the interface between the software. The dynamic response of mould under sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signals was analyzed. This method could provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of metallurgical hydraulic mechanical and electrical equipment. According to the field testing data, vibration system of rigidflexible coupling mechanical model is verified, which results show that the model is correct.
