Abstract:The effect of rotational speed of the peeling rollers on the sugarcane husking machine with spring husking components was studied.The simulation analyses show:the higher the rotational speed of the peeling rollers,the larger impact force generated on sugarcanes,which is favorable in husking;the higher the rotational speed of the peeling rollers,the more contact times created,thus also providing an advantageous circumstance for husking.A series of experiments show a finding consistent with the simulation analysis:an increase on rotational speed of the peeling rollers brings forth a decrease on the impurity rate that indicates a better husking effect.
