    摘要:

    针对航空飞机在生产和服役过程中,复合材料表面及其内部产生各种各样的缺陷损伤,设计了基于同面16电极阵列的复合材料缺陷检测系统。该系统以FPGA为核心,采用交流激励微电容测量方法提高抗杂散电容能力,由于传统模拟器解调方式的实时性较差,系统采用正交序列解调方式对信号进行处理,提高系统的测量精度。实验结果表明:该系统可以准确地判断出模拟缺陷的位置,重建图像清晰,边缘伪影少。可为同面多电极阵列传感器在复合材料缺陷检测领域的应用提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    In the process of production and service of aircraft, various defects in the surface and interior of composite material will occur. Thus a composite material defect detection system based on the coplanar electrode array(4×4) is designed. This system takes FPGA as the core, using the micro-capacitance measurement method of AC excitation to improve the anti-stray capacitance. Due to the poor real-time performance of the traditional simulator demodulation system, this system adopts orthogonal sequence demodulation to deal with the signal to improve the measuring accuracy. The experimental results show that the system can accurately judge the location of simulated defects, and the reconstructed image is clear and the edge artifact is less. It can provide some reference for the application of the coplanar multielectrode array sensor in the field of composite defect detection.
