In order to improve the stability and accuracy of intelligent clothes hanger for automatically drying and taking clothes back under unattended condition, a new telescopic control method of intelligent hanger based on real-time meteorological information was proposed. The working principle of intelligent clothes hanger was introduced. The NHZD10 light intensity sensor was used to sense the illumination. Rain water was detected by rain sensor. The parameters of illumination and rain sensor were given in this paper. The L298N was used as driving part for motor driver module. When the integrated operational amplifier output the high level, the improved particle swarm feed-forward PID controller was driven by the motor driver module to realize the telescopic control of intelligent clothes hanger. The control principle of feed-forward PID controller and introduced particle swarm algorithm were analyzed, then it was adjusted aiming at the premature convergence and obtained the optimal PID control parameters through the improved particle swarm optimization method. Finally, the control precision was improved and the improved particle swarm feed-forward PID controller was given. Experimental results show that the proposed method has high control accuracy and stability. It has strong anti parameter mismatch ability.
