    摘要:

    滚动轴承支承的端面凸轮下压机构广泛应用于众多机械装备。然而,端面凸轮下压机构的支承轴承常常因冲击力过大,导致轴承组件表面发生失效故障。针对这一问题,以滚动轴承支承的端面凸轮下压机构为研究对象,提出了一种基于多体动力学理论的刚度匹配方法,对该机构的支承轴承的冲击力进行了优化分析,并对比分析了优化前后的轴承内部的冲击应力。仿真结果表明:该方法可用于对端面凸轮下压机构支承轴承的冲击力和应力进行优化分析。

    Abstract:

    Edge cam downward mechanisms supported by rolling element bearings are widely used in many mechanisms. They play a very important role in many aspects. In the studied edge cam downward mechanism, since the impact force applied on the rolling element bearings is too large, some failures will be produced on the component surfaces in the bearings. To overcome these failures in the bearings, this paper developed a stiffness matching method based on the multibody dynamics theory to optimize the impact force applied on the bearings. The results from original case and optimized case were comprehensively compared. The comparison results show that the proposed method can be used to calculate and reduce the impact force and stress of the rolling element bearings in the studied edge cam downward mechanism.
