    摘要:

    FlexRay总线是一种新型的汽车总线,由于汽车中的线控系统要求FlexRay总线具有较高的可靠性,因此设计能够测试该总线可靠性和鲁棒性的测试系统非常重要。设计的测试系统包含六个FlexRay节点,每个节点配备了微处理器、FlexRay控制器以及各种接口电路,能够与各种传感器连接完成相应数据通讯。该系统的故障产生器能够生成预定义的各种故障的故障帧,通过测试其它节点的反应来评估FlexRay总线的可靠性。实验结果表明:该测试系统能够产生各种模拟故障的故障帧,具备迄今为止任何FlexRay分析器所不具备的优势。

    Abstract:

    FlexRay bus is a new type automotive bus. Designing the test system which can test the reliability and robustness of the bus is very important because the line control system in automobile needs FlexRay bus with high reliability. The system contains six FlexRay nodes. Each of the nodes is equipped by microprocessor, FlexRay controller and a variety of interface circuit. As a result, they can connect with many sensors in order to achieve data communication. The faults generating devices can generate fault frame for all predefined errors. The reliability of FlexRay bus can be evaluated by testing others behavior of nodes to the fault frame. The experimental results demonstrate that the test system can produce fault frame for all kinds of faults and it has some advantages that others FlexRay analyzers can not obtain so far.
