    摘要:

    通过将流量计安装在注水井配注装置内,实现井下分层注水量的自动监测。目前地面上进行流量测量的流量计种类较多,但大多不适合在井下长期使用,且无法满足配注装置内部的空间要求。针对上述问题开展井下小型孔板流量计的设计,对比油田测试常用流量计的功能特点,优选流量测量方式;综合考虑流态、结构尺寸约束和压力损失等因素并通过FLUENT软件模拟确定了流量计的尺寸,优选差压传感器并设计保护组件。室内试验与现场试验表明:流量计测量值较为准确,测量误差小于5%。

    Abstract:

    To achieve automatic monitoring of injected water volume in separate layer water injection wells,flowmeter is installed in injection device.At present,there are many kinds of flowmeter used on the ground,which are not suitable for longterm use in the downhole,and not satisfy the space limitation inside the injection device.In order to solve the above problems,the downhole orifice flowmeter was designed.The flow measurement mode was selected by comparing the function characteristics of flowmeters used in oilfield test.Considering the factors such as flow regime,structural size constraint and pressure loss,the FLUENT software simulation was used to determine the flowmeter size.A differential pressure sensor was preferred and a protection assembly was designed.Indoor and field tests show that the flow meter is more accurate ,the measurement error is less than 5%.
