Abstract:In view of the characteristic of flexible control and high reliability of electro-hydraulic proportional control system,a hydraulic test bench was designed to verify the feasibility of the proportional control system.Based on industrial PC and PLC control method,on the premise of friendly man-machine interface,the high speed data acquisition,analysis and processing functions were realized,and high-speed data acquisition card was used to ensure the accuracy and precision of the test.The structured design was used to design the software,making the test bench have great scalability.Participants components were mounted with fast splice,so hydraulic components test could be realized fast and conveniently.
