Abstract:In order to analysis and improve the unreasonable phenomenon that the design of hydraulic poweroperated chunk was unreasonable because of lack in basic theoretical, the structure and characteristics of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck were introduced. Then, the static calculation model of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck was established. According to the clamp force loss phenomenon was leaded by centrifugal force when working of hydraulic poweroperated chuck, the dynamic calculation model of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck was established.Through comparing the analysis data and actual working condition, it can be demonstrated the effectiveness of the established model.At the same time, the influence of friction factor on the clamping accuracy was analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic poweroperated chuck, which has a good application prospect.
