Abstract:In order to study stability of control system performance of the integrated high-temperature not pressure well workover rig,aiming at the work environment and process requirements of workover equipment,the overall control structure of the workover rig was analyzed.According to the working principle of the workover equipment,the block diagram of the control system was analyzed.Then the lifting system,compulsory lifting system,derrick system and hydraulic pump station main hydraulic equipment and electrical equipment were analyzed properly.Meanwhile,a hydraulic cylinder was selected according to the device executing function and the flow rate of the hydraulic cylinder was set.Finally,the feasibility of the process control of the workover equipment was obtained.
