    摘要:

    采用玻璃纤维增强复合材料替代传统的金属材料,对改进设计后的AMT离合器执行机构的GFRP(Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polymer)扇形齿轮进行了可行性仿真分析研究。首先应用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS,分析了其工作过程中的载荷边界条件;考虑GFRP材料的各向异性,对GFRP扇形齿轮使用Moldflow、Digimat和Workbench软件进行结构动态应力耦合仿真分析,研究结果对同类型的纤维增强材料机件的结构应力研究具有一定的指导作用。最后对GFRP扇形齿轮进行模具设计及注塑成型的样件生产,并与金属扇形齿轮的传统制作成本及质量进行了对比。结果表明,应用GFRP材料注塑成型的扇形齿轮,其生产成本可降低79.3%;其质量可减轻58.9%。充分显示了采用GFRP扇形齿轮替代金属扇形齿轮的优越性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the feasibility of using a glass fiber reinforced composite to replace traditional metal material, the simulation analysis is made on Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) sector gear of Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) clutch actuator. First, the multi-body dynamics simulation software-ADAMS was used to analyze the load boundary conditions in the process of work. Then, considering the anisotropy of GFRP material, Moldflow, Digimat and Workbench software were coupled to analyze with simulation the dynamic stress of structure. The research results have a certain guiding significance for the study of structure stress of the same type fiber-reinforced material parts. Finally, the physical production of GFRP sector gear had been produced by using the injection molding process and compared with the traditional producing cost and weight of metal gear. The results indicate that the GFRP sector gear can not only reduce the cost by 79.3%, but also reduce weight by 58.9%, which fully shows the advantages of the GFRP gear sector instead of metal sector gear.
