    摘要:

    为检测涡旋压缩机机壳是否存在缺陷,开发一种基于直压检测法的涡旋压缩机机壳自动检测装置。从检测台密封系统、参数设定及数据采集系统、液压加载系统、介质给定系统4个方面详细介绍了测试装置的基本构成及工作原理,同时具体介绍了泄漏率的确定方法和检测系统软件设计。研究表明:该检测装置数据处理、监控自检能力强,自动化程度高,操作使用方便,可以提高检测效率。

    Abstract:

    The scroll compressor casing automatic detection device based on the direct pressure drop detection method was designed, to judge whether the scroll compressor casing was qualified. The basic composition and working principle of the test equipment were introduced in detail from four aspects of testbed sealing system, parameter setting and data acquisition system, hydraulic loading system and medium given system. The method for determining leakage rate and the detection system software design were also specifically introduced. Research shows that the automatic test equipment owns advantages of strong data processing and monitoring ability, high automation level, as well as easy operation and use, so the equipment can improve the detection efficiency.
