Abstract:Traditional PI algorithm has good dynamic response capability,but it has a large overshoot due to integral action.Therefore,an integral separation PID control algorithm was proposed.The integral separation PID control algorithm was more effective than the PI algorithm in both the response and overshoot of the system.It was applied to the ARM_CPLD full digital servo driver for the speed loop response test.Through simulation and experimental platform test,and compared with a Japan company servo driver Σ-7,the test results show that the algorithm is reasonable and feasible.
