Abstract:In view of the South hills sugarcane harvesting system to combine vibration effect, vibration model is established for sugarcane lifter. Using the movement simulation of the mechanism and virtual sugarcane lifting technology, high speed photography of sugarcane lifting performance test, the interaction and influence of the sugar cane by the sugarcane lifter were obtained. The results show that: In the period of vibration of pick up rotational speed of sugarcane lifter is beneficial for sugarcane sepeartion, and motion state is rather flat. In the conveying section, slower rotational speed will result in sugarcane could not be lifted up, and the sugarcane lifter with excessive speed and quite large vibration, sugarcane severe drop phenomenon will occure in the process of lifting. Among parameters of sugarcane lifting effect on sugarcane lifter performance, sugarcane lifters rotational speed has the greatest effect on the vibration. When the sugarcane lifter speed is 120 r/min, lifting effect is good.
