According to the situation of the aging hydraulic loading system for a certain aeroengine test bed,the optimum design for the hydraulic loading system of the test bed was carried out.By means of comparative analysis,the appropriate adjustment method was chosen for the hydraulic pump.A hydraulic loading and control system were developed based on configuration software and VB.NET.By selecting the type of aeroengine from the HMI,the modularization subroutines were called to monitor the data of the system in realtime,and the certain demand of hydraulic loading for different types of aeroengine hydraulic pump was achieved.The test results show that the system has high stability and reliability,and good engineering application value.
