    摘要:

    运用有限元法对一台小型电火花加工机床的静动态特性进行分析。分析比较机床常用总体布局结构对机床静刚度的影响,对相对刚度较小的部件进行静力分析和拓扑优化。基于赫兹接触理论和吉村允孝积分法分析计算机床结合部的动态特性刚度参数,并利用弹簧和阻尼等效建立了机床动态特性模型。提取机床前6阶的固有频率和振型,相对于刚性连接固有频率减小,能够更准确地模拟机床动态特性,为预测分析机床静动态特性提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    The static and dynamic characteristics of a small EDM machine were analyzed by finite element method. The influence of the general layout structure of the machine tool on its static stiffness was analyzed and compared.The static analysis and topology optimization for the parts with relatively small stiffness were carried out.Based on Hertz contact theory and Ji-cun-yun-xiao integral method,the dynamic stiffness parameters of the machine tool joint were analyzed and calculated.The dynamic characteristics model of the machine tool was established by using the equivalent spring and damping.The machine first six natural frequencies and mode shapes were extracted.The natural frequency was reduced relative to the rigid connection.The model can be used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool more accurately.It provides a basis for predicting the static and dynamic characteristics of machine.
