    摘要:

    针对入流脉动对输流管道壁面阻力的影响,采用直接数值模拟的方法分析不同入流脉动频率对管道壁面阻力的影响规律。研究结果表明:在入流脉动的情况下,管道壁面阻力将发生变化;低频脉动有利于壁面阻力的降低,且距离壁面越近阻力降低率越大;当脉动频率高于30 Hz时壁面阻力会增大,且脉动频率不同、距离壁面远近不同,阻力增大率也不同。研究结果对于提高输流管道的传递效率和能量利用率提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    In view of the influence of inflow pulsation on the wall resistance of the pipeline, the influence of different inflow pulsation frequency on the wall resistance of the pipeline was analyzed by direct numerical simulation.The results show that the resistance on the pipe wall will change in the case of inflow pulsation;low frequency pulsation is conducive to the reduction of wall resistance;the closer the wall is,the greater the resistance reduction rate is;when the pulsation frequency is higher than 30 Hz, the wall resistance will increase;different pulse frequency and different distance to wall lead to different resistance rate. The results provide a theoretical reference for improving the transfer efficiency and energy utilization of the pipeline.
