    摘要:

    铰式六面顶液压机是高温高压条件下合成超硬材料专用设备,长期在交变大荷载下工作,致使压机铰链梁容易产生疲劳裂纹,甚至断裂。为了实时监测铰链梁应力关键位置的健康状态,研制一套基于Cortex-M3的铰链梁应变监测系统,系统以Cortex-M3微处理器作为主控模块,构建集信号采集、调理、存储、无线传输等功能于一体的应变监测硬件装置。针对应变片安装问题设计了专用的液压机铰链梁现场应变监测感应器。并设计了用于远程接收数据和状态监测的上位机软件,通过网络对铰链梁工况条件下的应变数据进行采集与分析,实现了对六面顶液压机健康状态的远程监测。

    Abstract:

    The anvil cubic press is the special equipment for compositing superhard materials under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. Because of the longterm working under hyperpressure and alternating load, the hinge beam of cubic press is easier to produce fatigue cracks and even fracture. In order to realtime monitor the health status of the stress critical position of hinge beam, a set of strain monitoring system for hinge beam was developed based on Cortex-M3. Microprocessor Cortex-M3 was adopted to construct the strain monitoring hardware device of the system that the signal collection, disposal, storage and wireless transmission were concentrated into one whole. Additionally, the special fileld strain monitoring sensors for hinge beam of cubic press was designed for the strain gauge installation. And the host computer software for the longdistance data reception and condition monitoring was designed. It acquisited and analyzed the strain data via the internet on the condition of the hinge beam operation.So the remote monitoring to the health status of cubic press is realized.
