According to the actual structure and working conditions of selflubricating spherical plain bearings GE30C, finite element simulation was done during its tilt motion and swivel motion under radial load by ANSYS Workbench, the temperature field was analyzed and the distribution law of temperature was obtained. During tilt motion, the influenced law of radial load, maximum swing angle, swing cycle and frictional coefficient on frictional heat to liner was analyzed by orthogonal test.It provides reference for the rational selection and use of such bearings.
