    摘要:

    基于超声波在棒状固体介质中传播速度与温度的关系,运用高速高分辨率的硬件电路和软件细分插补算法,精确地测量超声波的回波时间,从而精确地测量超声波的传播时间并计算出对应的温度值。根据在固体介质中传播时间和温度的关系建立数学模型,通过已测得的传播时间求出对应的温度值。设计的温度计结构简单,能够实时地测量液体温度的变化,并且能在各种高温环境中广泛应用。

    Abstract:

    Based on the relationship between ultrasonic transmission speed and temperature in solid medium, the design of ultrasonic thermometer was carried out. High-speed high-resolution hardware circuit and software subdivision interpolation algorithm are used to exactly ascertain the end time of ultrasonic echo wave and accurately calculate propagation time of ultrasonic wave. Mathematical model between propagation time and temperature in solid medium has been established to obtain the accurate temperature of the medium by evaluating the propagation time, which can be used to measure the temperature of medium. The designed thermometer has the advantages of simple structure, realtime continuous measurement of liquid temperature, and can be widely used in temperature measurement of various high-temperature environments.
