Aiming at the requirement of high precision and high stability, the closedloop model of the dualdrive servo feed system was established based on the dualdrive synchronous feeding system.The simulation and comparative analysis of the dualdrive feed system were carried out under the two kinds of synchronous control strategies of masterslave and crosscoupling.At the same time, the synchronous control test platform of double closedloop feedback was designed, and the design of synchronous deviation monitoring system was carried out.Dual driving high precision synchronization homing problem was solved via mixed homing way.The doublemotor synchronous driving test was carried out on the test platform, measuring the twoaxis asynchronous error of the worktable at different feed rates.The results show that the synchronization error of the double motor is the largest in the commutation direction.With the increasing of the feed speed, the synchronization error of the doublemotor under the masterslave control is variable and the synchronization error is basically the same under the crosscoupling control.Crosscoupling control of the doublemotor synchronization error is small and with good synchronization performance; mixed homing way can reduce the synchronization error between the two axes, improving synchronous precision.
