Riveting technology is widely used in the process of aircraft manufacturing, and the deformation of rivet and riveted parts will seriously affect the quality of riveting in the process of riveting, thus affecting the safety performance and fatigue life of the products. Aiming at the riveting process of a wedgeshaped titanium alloy structure,the dynamic process of oblique riveting with finite element software ABAQUS was simulated. The deformation process of oblique riveting was divided into four stages, and the stress and deformation of rivet and riveted parts in the riveting process were analyzed. It provides useful guidance for actual oblique riveting process and the subsequent research process.
