    摘要:

    液压阀疲劳及耐高压测试的难点是压力高、要提供高频液压脉冲,对节能与可靠性也有较高要求。设计开发新型液压阀疲劳及耐高压试验台,主要做了液压系统设计、电气及数据采集系统硬件与软件设计。试验台主要用于工程机械多路阀腔体疲劳及耐高压试验,具有稳定可靠、节能、操作简捷方便等优点。

    Abstract:

    The difficulties of hydraulic valve fatigue and high pressure test are high pressure,to provide high frequency hydraulic pulse,as well as higher requirements for energy saving and reliability.A new type of hydraulic valve fatigue and high pressure test stand was designed and developed.The main work was hydraulic system design,electrical and data acquisition system hardware and software design.The test stand was mainly used for the fatigue and high pressure test of the multi valve cavity of construction machinery.The system has the advantages of stability,reliability,energy saving,simple and convenient operation and so on.
