空化作用下多路阀阀芯振动响应分析

    摘要:

    多路阀阀芯的振动会大大降低阀芯的使用寿命。针对此问题,以多路阀阀芯为研究对象,结合阀芯空化原理及振动理论基础,建立阀芯振动响应数学模型;运用ICEM对阀芯进行网格划分,在激励力为0.48 N的边界条件下,导入ANSYS进行阀芯振动响应计算;通过振动响应模拟实验研究,得到阀芯振动响应图。与仿真计算结果进行分析对比,可知阀芯在空化作用下产生的切向振动响应高于轴向振动。由于实验过程中非线性振动响应的影响,导致了振动响应幅值产生了误差,在后续阀芯振动的深入研究时,需要综合考虑各方面的影响因素。

    Abstract:

    The service life of the spool will reduce greatly as the vibration of the multivalve valve spool. Therefore, the multiway valve spool was used as the research object, established the mathematical model of spool vibration response which combined with the principle of cavitation and vibration theory. ICEM was used to divide the spool, and the excitation response of the spool was calculated by introducing ANSYS under the boundary condition of the excitation force of 0.48 N. Finally, the vibration response map of the spool was obtained by the experimental study. Compared with the simulation results, it could be seen that the tangential vibration response of the spool under cavitation was higher than that of axial vibration. Due to the influence of the nonlinear vibration response during the experiment, the error of the vibration response amplitude is generated, which need to consider all aspects of the impact of factors,after the followup spool vibration indepth study.
