    摘要:

    目前国内仍大量存在通过手动或半自动的方式对管道内壁进行喷砂除锈处理,喷砂效率低、工作环境不安全, 针对此状况,开发了一种基于PLC控制的管道内壁自动喷砂系统。阐述了管道喷砂除锈机制,分析了该自动喷砂系统的总体结构和功能,以及其主要的工作流程。提出了以气压传动作为动力,西门子S7-200PLC为控制核心的机电与电气相结合的控制技术,在此基础上完成了对控制系统的硬件配置及软件编程。实践表明,该系统具有喷砂效率高、占地面积小、除锈质量高等特点。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the present situation that there still exists a large number of manual or semiautomatic way to sand blasting and rust removing of inner wall of pipeline, not only sand blasting efficiency is low, but also the working environment is unsafe, a kind of automatic sand blasting system for pipeline inner wall is developed based on Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) control. The sand blasting mechanism of pipeline was described, and the overall structure and function of the automatic sand blasting system, as well as its main work process were analyzed. With the pneumatic transmission as driving force and SIEMENS S7-200PLC as control core, a control technology combined electromechanical with electrical was proposed. On these bases, the hardware configuration and software programming of the control system were completed. The practice shows that the system has the characteristics of high blasting efficiency, small occupation area and high quality of rust removing.
