Abstract:Taking a model RV reducer as the research object, according to its transmission principle, with the help of UG parametric modeling techniques, various of threedimensional models were created for each component. According to the structural characteristics and each parts assembly relationship of RV reducer, virtual assembly and interference detection were completed. The link definition, movement pairs set in the simulation process were introduced as well as the method of loading load. The acceleration images of center wheel, planetary wheel, shell, cycloidal wheel were achieved. The results show that the RV reducer vibrates periodically within a very small range;the RV reducer has compact structure, smooth operation, low energy loss.The research lays foundation for start characteristics analysis, noise vibration analysis, fault diagnosis and other further followup study.
