Today’s software function is increasingly perfect, the system is complicated, while in the development process it generally has limited resources, plan changes, many problems such as management difficulties, project management system difficult to meet the needs of the actual software development. On the basis of indepth analysis of extreme programming standards, in terms of user stories, iterative development was improved and applied to the project management system, the system uses B/S and C/S mixed mode, it could realize task creation, distribution, statistics, and other functions, and it could satisfy the actual needs of the project team.
